As CEO of OpenCrowd, Sushil has over 18 years of experience in IT consulting. As CEO, Sushil spends a significant part of his time consulting with clients on the benefits of advanced technologies to produce economic results. Prior to joining OpenCrowd, Sushil was Head of Professional Services at CXO Systems responsible for managing client delivery. Before CXO Systems, Sushil was Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Scient Inc, the fastest growing Internet Professional Services Company of the 90’s. In this role at Scient, Sushil delivered enterprise e-Business solutions for many leading companies around the world. Prior to Scient, Sushil was Director of Technology for Cambridge Technology Partners (CTP).

    Brad has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry delivering systems and enterprise architectures for Financial Services companies in the US and Europe. Architected and built extremely large scale Internet based systems handling hundreds of thousands of concurrent users as well as high performance transaction systems. Brad has delivered transactional systems for front, middle and back offices; customer facing Web & RIA systems; and enterprise architectures for leading financial services firms. Earlier he was a Managing Director at Scient were he was part of the CTO council, lead large technical teams delivering eBusiness systems, and helped start Scient’s London office. Brad worked at Salomon Smith Barney where he architected and built a variety of transactional systems supporting Fixed Income, Equity, and Derivative trading and operations.

    Shawn has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry focusing in Financial Services. He has extensive experience as a program and project manager as well as providing quality control across Financial Services projects. Shawn’s prior work includes managing delivery of complex trading, research, business intelligence, and system integration solutions for leading Financial Services clients. Prior to joining OpenCrowd, Shawn has spent the last 10 years consulting for leading Financial Services firms, holding senior positions at CXO Systems, Scient and Cambridge Technology Partners. Prior to Cambridge Technology Partners, Shawn worked for over 8 years at Nasdaq developing advanced technology solutions within their Compliance and Trading departments.

    Nadir has been designing and building web based and transactional systems for over 15 years, leading many efforts. He has extensive experience implementing and evaluating leading edge technologies and is well versed in RIA and SOA development with Flex, AJAX, J2EE, .NET, messaging middleware and Web Services.

    Robert Howe is a Managing Partner at Highnote Ventures and is also the Chairman of Montgomery Goodwin Investments LLC, a private investment and consulting firm. At Montgomery Goodwin Investments, Mr. Howe has invested in a variety of information technology based early stage companies.

    Prior to Montgomery Goodwin Investments, Mr. Howe served as Chairman of Scient Inc, a provider of integrated e-business strategy and technology services. He also served as Scient’s Chief Executive Office from its founding in 1998 until 2002.

    From 1991 until 1998 Mr. Howe worked for International Business Machines Corporation. His last assignment was as its General Manager of its global banking, financial and securities business. Prior to that Mr. Howe founded the IBM Consulting Group, which is currently the largest consulting and information technology services business in the world.

    From 1976 until 1991 Mr. Howe served in various consulting positions with Booz Allen Hamilton. He was a Senior Vice President for his last years, on the firm’s board of directors for nine years, and the leader of the commercial systems and financial services practices at various points in his tenure.

    Prior to that Mr. Howe served in a variety of information technology management positions. Mr. Howe has an MBA from Harvard University in 1968 and a BBA from SMU in 1966. Mr. Howe is a director of Symphony Services, an information technology services firm since July 2004. Bob is also on the Board of Globoforce, the leader in employee recognition software.


    Rajiv Sohal is a enterprise architect with over 15 years of experience in managing and providing technical leadership to enterprise software development initiatives. With OpenCrowd, Rajiv leverages his significant domain expertise in insurance, health care, investment banking and media to architect solutions that help our client innovate and create market differentiating products. His strong expertise in Java, .Net and Python has enabled a wide variety of online systems.

    Prior to OpenCrowd, Rajiv was the founder and Chief Technologist at SightMinder where he led the development of an intelligent & adaptive digital media platform for real time display ads. He also led key client engagements for CXO Systems, a business intelligence product company. Earlier in his career, Rajiv co-founded and served as the CTO of ConsumerLINK India, India’s 1st multi-segment consumer information bureau. He was also a partner and CTO at ISHI systems, a technology consulting firm servicing Fortune 500 clients in insurance, health care, banking and finance.


    Breda has over 15 years experience as an HR Generalist providing full-service Human Resources expertise to employees, line management and executives within the high-tech industry. Prior to joining OpenCrowd, Breda was an HR Manager at Novell and also Cambridge Technology Partners. At Novell, her primary responsibilities were employee relations, recruiting, relocation and expatriate policy management. She focused on performance management, benefits and Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration at Cambridge Technology Partners.


    Sunil is a senior engagement manager at OpenCrowd and has over 20 years of experience in IT consulting and project management. He specializes in managing project delivery across all phases of an engagement from envisioning and scoping through deployment of the final solution of enterprise-wide technology enabled business initiatives. Sunil has delivered projects across multiple industries and domains ranging from financial services, health care, hospitality, intellectual property and art. He has led projects for our startup clients as well as our well established clients such as IBM and the Investment Banks. Prior to joining OpenCrowd, Sunil worked at Goldman Sachs, CXO Systems, Deutsche Asset Management, Scient and Cambridge Technology Partners.

    Prior work has included projects delivered for clients such as JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, UBS-PaineWebber, McKesson, H&R Block, Starwood Hotels, AICPA and Artful Home to name a few.


    Steve has over 15 years of experience building internet solutions in the telecommunications, transportation, logistics and real estate industry. At OpenCrowd his current focus is on setting up big data cloud environment for clients that require processing of large set of data and implement real-time search based systems.

    Steve attended Rutgers University College of Engineering where he studied computer science.


    Prashanth is a Senior Engineer at OpenCrowd. He started his software developer experience at OpenCrowd in 2011.

    His interest to learn new technologies has exposed him to multiple layers of the application stack and has been involved in several engagements at OpenCrowd. He has particular expertise in building Javascript and Python-Django based applications and his attention to detail helps him to strive to do the best in every project.

    He graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Master of Science degree in Computer Science.


    Manju is a Senior Extjs Developer with experience in Financial services Industry. Her expertise includes EXTJS, HTML, Java Script, Adobe Flex and Java. She worked on some of the most complex assignments with Fortune 500 clients including Hewlett Packard, Credit Suisse, JP Morgan Chase & Co. She has broad business knowledge, deep technical insight and a consistent track record of delivery. Her ability to rapidly adapt to new environments and technology enables her to work parallel on multiple projects. She is a gadget geek and loves to travel.Manju has a Bachelors and Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering.
