Client Need
PlumLife approached OpenCrowd with their product idea to build a unique set of organizational tools to aid in the many tasks/events one has to keep track of when managing an household. The application needs to be an online software-as-a-service cloud based solution that would be used to consolidate and manage the details of the household and has to be launched this Summer.
What OpenCrowd Did
- Led an initial scoping engagement to map out the product roadmap. We built a functional prototype that demonstrated the vision and the direction of the product and also highlighted the essential features that were lacking in other competitor tools but part of the PlumLife roadmap.
- Having validated the functions of the prototype with investors, OpenCrowd is now engaged in building the first release of the product which will be launched at the start of summer.
Outcome
Using OpenCrowd’s framework and process, PlumLife will be able to deliver a differentiating product into the market on schedule.
