Adoption Strategy
OpenCrowd partners with our clients to qualify and quantify their open source usage opportunities and assess adoption impacts on their organization and technical architecture. We help our clients select and prioritize the set that is relevant to their business, technology needs and risk policies. Our Governance offering assists clients with extending their current software governance to include open source software. Assessment

Evaluation of open source products also requires evaluating the viability of the community, availability of documentation, breadth of adoption, and the criticality of production deployments using the project.
